Kevin Costner: Full Frontal

Incredibly, Kevin Costner's full frontal nude scene was cut from the film For Love of the Game. Was it deleted by censors? Not exactly. It was cut after test audiences reacted in an unexpected manner: by breaking out in fits of hysterical laughter!

["The Arizona audience giggled at Kevin's penis," a studio executive later admitted. "Then in focus groups, they said, 'Do we really need to see it?'"]

[Costner, who moved regularly as a child, grew up a daydreamer. As a teen he sang in the Baptist church choir, wrote poetry, and took writing classes. At 18, he built his own canoe and paddled his way down the rivers that Lewis & Clark followed to the Pacific. He was also a fighter: though only 5'2" when he graduated from high school, he managed to become a basketball, football, and baseball star.]
