Dean Mildren: Absolutely StaggeredDuring a hearing in March 2004, Australian judge Dean Mildren declared that he was "absolutely staggered" that, in November 2003, a serial burglar had been freed on bail (for the third time that year) after breaching a court-imposed curfew. Mildren, demanding to know the identity of the "idiot" responsible, soon got his answer. The idiot in question? Justice Dean Mildren.
