Bob Burnquist: Growing up in BrazilAs a young skateboarder growing up in Brazil, Bob Burnquist was often harassed by local police. "One cop put everyone against the wall and asked if we had anything on us," he later recalled. "We said no, but in my pocket, I had a small container a friend had used to store weed. It was empty. The cop grabbed it out of my pocket and smelled it. Next thing, he put a box on top of my head, took a few steps back, and pointed his gun straight at me, as though he was going to shoot it off the top of my skull like William Tell. He took aim, paused, then started laughing and told us all to clear out."
