Julian Calendar?

Although Julia had three sons and two daughters by Marcus Vipsanius Agrippa (her second husband), her infidelities were common knowledge among the Roman elite. Someone once remarked, given Julia's behavior, how incredible it was that all of Agrippa's children resembled him. "That," Julia replied, "is because passengers are never allowed on board until the hold is full."

[Famed for her licentious behavior, her puritanical father, Augustus Caesar, had her banished in 2 BC to Pandataria Island (off the Italian coast) in the Tyrrhenian Sea.]

Julia, (39 BC-AD 14) Roman daughter of Augustus Caesar (the first Roman emperor), wife of Marcus Claudius Marcellus (d. 23 B.C.), Marcus Vipsanius Agrippa, and Tiberius [noted for her licentious behavior]

[Sources: Macrobius, Saturnalia]
